Working from Los Altos, California (USA) and the International Headquarters at the historic Anderson Manor in Monforte da Beira, Portugal.

Catherine has worked alongside Bob Anderson for more than 30 years, sharing in the vision that drives KATA’s mission of empowering athletes and building sustainable opportunities. Her creative insight and intuitive leadership add a distinctive artistic touch to the KATA Family—blending design, culture, and purpose into every project.

From her dual bases in California and Portugal, she helps shape the visual and cultural identity of KATA and the broader Anderson Manor initiatives, where athletics, creativity, and community come together.
